Situated a short walk from Whitesands beach and all the cove amenities, close to the dunes and the lovely Vel-an-Dreath valley. Sunset View is a newly refurbished bungalow located in the ever popular quiet cul-de-sac of Mayon Green Crescent.

Set in its own spacious plot with secluded patio, decked areas and lawned gardens front and rear. With ample parking for up to five vehicles, even with full occupancy you will never feel crowded. We offer three well appointed bedrooms, one double, one twin and one double/twin. There is a country kitchen with large range cooker, leading to dining area and conservatory. The large family bathroom consists of bath and modern walk-in wet room style shower. An additional bathroom and utility room with washing machine and dryer, all make the holiday cottage experience roomy and uncluttered. The 22ft living room with views out across the Atlantic offer not only great views of the sea but some of the best sunsets anywhere.

The property benefits from level, easy access, privacy and an all year round sunny aspect.

Prices quoted are for up to 6 occupants but discounts are available for less than 6 occupants out of peak season.

For the colder months, there is full oil central heating, if required.
